5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our consumable and personal care products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Please email awakenyrsoul@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
